Be Anxious For Nothing
Philippians 4:6–7- Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7- and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
When faced with a challenge or crisis, our tendency is to get all anxious about it. But God does not want us to react this way. He does not want us to be anxious about anything. Instead, whatever the problem is, He wants us to go to Him in prayer and supplication, telling Him what we need and thanking Him for the answer. When we do that, His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds from all worries, anxieties and fears.
“Pastor Enoch, it is easy for you to say, ‘Be anxious for nothing.’ Try living with my husband for one day. Try disciplining that wayward teenager of mine. Look at the balance in my bank account! How can I not be anxious?”
Hold it! I am not the one who said, “Be anxious for nothing.” The apostle Paul said it. Yet, it was not him — he was prompted by the Holy Spirit. And when Paul wrote that, he was a prisoner under house arrest in Rome. He had been sent to Rome because he had appealed to Caesar regarding his death sentence. The Jews in Jerusalem wanted him to be put to death. (Acts 28:16–20)
Yet, under those trying conditions, he wrote these words: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
My friend, if you are anxious or worried about something, remember those words. Let’s say that you are anxious about a huge debt. Go to the Lord and pray, “Lord Jesus, I no longer want to be anxious about this problem. I hand it over to You and ask for supernatural cancellation of this debt. It is in Your care now. You are in charge. I thank You for taking care of it.”
God is true to His Word. As you pray this prayer and cast your care to Him, you will find His peace setting your heart and mind at rest. So be anxious for nothing — let the One with whom nothing is impossible take care of it for you!

When Jesus return to his father he leave us a comforter which is the holy spirit to comfort and lead us to the truth.
Jesus says I am the way, the truth and the life,
God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth, we only know the truth from the trinity so if God send the holy spirit to guide us and leads us into the truth we art to trust and obey, when we do that we won’t have to worry, Matthew 6 v 27-28
And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.”. Let us put all our hope, trust and believes in God our father, the God that never stumbled nor sleep, he is not a man that he should lie, he is the truth. God bless you Pastor

MY GOD, MY GOD YOUR WORD IS A LAMP🕯️ 🔥UNTO MY FEET AND A LIGHT 🕯️ TO MY PATH.🔥🕯️ 🔥🕯️🔥🕯️🔥🕯️🔥
PASTOR ENOCH GOD, THROUGH THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT 🔥🔥 IS REALLY USING YOU TO CREATE OPEN HEAVENS IN MY LIFE, MY MIND, AND MY SPIRITUAL AWAKENING IT’S GETTING VERY REAL.🥹🙏🏾THIS IS TEARS OF JOY.
I REMEMBER WHEN I WAS GOT MARRIED IN 1986/7. I WENT THROUGH THIS TIMES OF DESPERATION, DEPRESSION, MANIPULATION, FRUSTRATION, AFTER MANY YEARS LET’S SAY 5 YEARS 6 YEARS 10 YEARS 16 YEARS ON THE 17TH YEAR OF THIS MARRIAGE, BECAUSE I DID NOT SPEAK OUT TO ANYONE, I DID NOT REACH OUT TO ANYONE, I SUFFERED IN SILENCE, TO THE POINT WHERE I LOST TOUCH WITH SOME OF MY CHILDREN, WHERE I BECAME VERY ANXIOUS ABOUT EVERYTHING.
I LOST MY PERSONALITY, I LOST MY OWN SELF, MY IDENTITY BECAUSE OF ANXIOUSNESS.
THEN I BEGAN TO PRAY LOOK UNTO THE LORD CALL ON TO HIM BUT I WAS STILL TAKING MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS, BLAMING MYSELF FOR EVERYTHING THAT I WAS GOING THROUGH, EVERYTHING I WAS PUTTING MY CHILDREN THROUGH.
I BECAME MENTALLY ILL, I BECAME SUICIDAL.
ONCE AGAIN IT WAS MY SON ETI THAT STOPPED ME FROM KILLING MYSELF, BECAUSE HE FOLLOWED ME AND I HAD TO GO BACK HOME WITH HIM.
the devil is an opportunist. Don’t give him a chance to take any opportunity in your lives. KEEP FOCUSED ON JESUS ALWAYS. IN PRAYER. JUST TRUST HIM REGARDLESS.
THEN IT TOOK MY DAUGHTER IVIE, ACTUALLY THE LORD OPENED HER EYES 👀.
THE HOLY SPIRIT USED HER TO GIVE ME A WORD OF KNOWLEDGE A WORD OF WISDOM A WORD THAT MADE ME LOOK AND SEE WHAT KIND OF LIFE I WAS ALLOWING THEM TO LIVE. THE WORD THAT GAVE ME THE STRENGTH WITHIN ME TO LOOK UP TO THE LORD TO SURRENDER 🙌🏿EVERYTHING ON TO HIM IT TOOK ANOTHER MAYBE 5 YEARS TO BE FREE FROM THE DIRTY SPIRIT OF ANXIOUSNESS.
SO PEOPLE OF GOD BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING. OH MY GOD I AM OVERWHELMED WITH HIS DEVOTIONAL TODAY BECAUSE IT’S TAKING ME BACK ON A MEMORY LANE WHERE I GIVE THANKS AND PRAISE AND ALL THE GLORY TO GOD KNOWING WHERE I CAME FROM TO WHERE I AM TODAY.
PLEASE FORGIVE ME.🙌🏿🙏🏾
WHEN I REFLECT UPON WHAT GOD HAS DONE FOR ME AND WHERE I’M COMING FROM BECAUSE OF HIM AND BECAUSE I CHOOSE TO TRUST IN HIM AND SERVE HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY REGARDLESS OF WHAT I SEE, WHAT I’M GOING THROUGH, WHAT MY CHILDREN ARE GOING THROUGH, I JUST HAVE TO LOOK UP TO HIM AND PUT EVERYTHING IN HIS HAND AND SERVE HIM AND WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
JOHN 4 V 24. GOD IS A SPIRIT AND THOSE WHO WORSHIP 🛐HIM MUST WORSHIP 🛐 HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
I SAY THANK YOU LORD TODAY FOR WHERE I AM AND THANK YOU YOU A MILLION TIMES PASTOR ENOCH ALAMU FOR WHO YOU ARE IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER INDEED IN SO MANY WAYS. THE DAY I WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO REALLY GIVE MY TESTIMONY THERE WILL BE PART 1,2, 3 OR MAYBE 4 🤣🤗. SO PLEASE BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING BUT IN EVERYTHING PRAYERS AND SUPPLICATIONS GIVE IT UP TO THE LORD, LET HIM DEAL WITH IT.
BELIEVE ME HE NEVER FAILS, HE CANNOT FAIL, IT’S IMPOSSICANT!!!

God is true to His Word. Whatever the problem is, He wants us to go to Him in prayer and supplication, telling Him what we need and thanking Him for the answer. When we do that, His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds from all worries, anxieties and fears.
God is a faithful Father, He cares so much for us to communicate our needs to Him and trust with thanksgiving that he will provide Supernatural provision in supplication. We can not praise God and be anxious at the same time, His peace that surrounds us as we thank Him, settles our minds and guards our hearts no matter the situation. Therefore I cast ALL my cares in the good and the bad to God in prayer, thank Him daily and wholeheartedly, and embrace His peace that surpasses all understanding and places my heart and mind at rest. Glory be to God.

I started declaring peace using these scriptures a few months ago and I can definitely see a change in my life. I am now less anxious about things that may not go to plan! I trust God will take care of me ! And to no surprise he always does! God is faithful!
Thank you Pastor may God continue to reward you for the time you spend studying the word of God in order to edify the church daily! I’ve never seen it before. May God continue to bless you and everything that concerns you.
