Be Anxious For Nothing
Philippians 4:6–7- Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;7and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
When faced with a challenge or crisis, our tendency is to get all anxious about it. But God does not want us to react this way. He does not want us to be anxious about anything. Instead, whatever the problem is, He wants us to go to Him in prayer and supplication, telling Him what we need and thanking Him for the answer. When we do that, His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds from all worries, anxieties and fears.
“Pastor Enoch, it is easy for you to say, ‘Be anxious for nothing.’ Try living with my husband for one day. Try disciplining that wayward teenager of mine. Look at the balance in my bank account! How can I not be anxious?”
Hold it! I am not the one who said, “Be anxious for nothing.” The apostle Paul said it. Yet, it was not him — he was prompted by the Holy Spirit. And when Paul wrote that, he was a prisoner under house arrest in Rome. He had been sent to Rome because he had appealed to Caesar regarding his death sentence. The Jews in Jerusalem wanted him to be put to death. (Acts 28:16–20)
Yet, under those trying conditions, he wrote these words: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
My friend, if you are anxious or worried about something, remember those words. Let’s say that you are anxious about a huge debt. Go to the Lord and pray, “Lord Jesus, I no longer want to be anxious about this problem. I hand it over to You and ask for supernatural cancellation of this debt. It is in Your care now. You are in charge. I thank You for taking care of it.”
God is true to His Word. As you pray this prayer and cast your care to Him, you will find His peace setting your heart and mind at rest. So be anxious for nothing — let the One with whom nothing is impossible take care of it for you!

WHEN WE PRAY TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER CONCERNING ANYTHING IN OUR LIVES. ALL WE NEED TO DO IS TRUST THAT HE WILL SEE US THROUGH.
HIS TIME ARE NOT OUR TIME NOR HIS WAYS OUR WAYS.
SO PRAY 🙏🏾 BELIEVE HE WILL DO IT. WAIT, WATCH AND PRAY, RECEIVE IT IS DONE, FROM THE FINISHED WORK OF JESUS CHRIST ON THE CROSS ✝️🩸 AND WAIT. DO NOT BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING.
JUST WAIT IN THANKSGIVING UNTO THE LORD AND SEE HIM MOVE ON YOUR BEHALF.
GOD IS A GOD OF SUDDENLY.
GOD IS A GOD OF JUST ON TIME.
GOD NEVER FAIL, HE IS NEVER LATE. TRUST HIM, HE KNOWS BEST.
HAVE PEACE OF MIND
HAVE PEACE IN GOD
HAVE PEACE OF GOD.

God is in control of everything. He is the only one who has perfect control over everything in our lives. God loves us unconditionally and allows all things to work together for our good, even things you may worry about (Rom. 8:28).
Instead of repeating things we worry about in our mind, we can repeat God’s Word through meditation. Meditatng on God’s word is simply focusing on God’s Word and thinking about it deeply. It’s also a proven way to decrease stress and increase peace.
What God said in his word will never pass away. God plan for us is good and not evil.
Thank you Lord, help me to stop worry over the things I cannot change and to hand them over to you, you ask me to take my burdens to you, I give it all to you Lord, I let go and Let you take full control.

This scripture is so very true, when you have a trust in the Lord, the peace you receive in times of trouble are amazing.. I’ve been faced with doctors saying something – but instead of believing what’s been said I’ve told the doctors I put my trust in God the best physician ever.. I have seen my health turn around, diagnosis turned around and as I wait I believe my God has done it again for me.. the Bible tells me if I have faith as small as a mustard seed I can move mountains! God said it, I believe it and it is done.
Matthew 17:20-21 For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.” Amen.
Pastor Taiwo said in last nights discipleship meeting that Gods voice overrules every other voice whether written or spoken.. this is very true! God has the final say 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
My relationship with God has taught me to trust Him in all things – Lord I thank You for peace, I thank You for Your unfailing love, I thank You for showing me that You have the power to turn ANY situation around, I thank You Lord for always being with me in every situation in my everyday life. Lord I know there are days when Your footprints are the ones in the sand, because where I am weak your remain my source of strength! Lord I praise YOUR HOLY NAME FOR YOU ALONE ARE WORTHY🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. The Lord remains forever true to His Word and He has promised that He will supply all my needs according to His riches in glory (despite what I am faced with) and He is my ever present help in all situations of my life. Therefore I Cast my cares to God in prayer, and I find rest in His peace setting in my heart and my mind is made whole in His love that covers me. Glory be to God.
