Feeling small and lonely?
Text: “And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.”1 Kings 19:10 KJV
There will be times when you will feel the weight of the world on your shoulder, and this will make you feel alone and small, but how does God expect you to react.
Elijah didn’t handle this particular scenario well in the passage above though he has been a man heavily used by God and several signs and wonders had been done through him when he found himself in this type of situation, the Bible said he felt dejected and wanted to die. In fact, the Bible said he went to hide in the wilderness and was praying to die.
But instead of God killing him, God gave Elijah the direction to go; God told him to go and stand in his presence.
At least two things can help you in the presence of God; the first is Worship, and it helps you connect with God. The second is the Word of God; it gives you light and direction out of the situation.
Anytime you feel small and lonely, it is time to soak yourself in the presence of God. Worship and study His Word, and you will see that the matter that seems impossibly big will be brought to nothing by God’s awesome presence.
Another example of a man who witnessed such a difficult time was David (1 sam 30:3-6). But in the David’s case, the Bible said that though David was distressed, he found strength in the Lord his God.
My brethren you may not be able to control the situation but you can control how you react to the situation, choose to be in the presence of God when you feel small and lonely instead of weeping and feeling dejected.

Dear God, Dear God, 🙏🏾…..
Please, my situation is critical. However, I am learning to draw close to you and lean on you. 😔
Sometimes, these problems are very heavy and don’t see a way out. But you said hold on. Therefore, I am seeking your guidance. Please show me the way out 🙏🏾🧎🏾♀️😭

HALLELUJAH HE WHO DWELLS IN THE SECRET PLACE OF THE MOST HIGH SHALL ABIDE UNDER THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY.
THIS IS THE FULL PRESENCE OF GOD THE PLACE OF HEALING AND REFUGE, THE PLACE OF SAFETY AND SECURITY.
THANK YOU HEAVENLY FATHER

THANK YOU HOLY SPIRIT.
WHEN WE TRUST GOD AND LEAN UPON HIM REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION WE HAVE THE PERSONS OF THE TRINITY WE US THEREFORE WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS THROUGH CHRIST JESUS AMEN.
PAPA, ABBA. DADDY GOD, YOU HAVE HEARD THE CRY OF MY HEART, LIKE YOU HEARD THE NLOOD OF ABLE CRYING TO YOU CONCERNING MY SON DONOVAN. PAPA, MY TRUST IS IN YOU AND YOU ALONE
DIVINELY INTERVENE AND BLESS HIM WITH YOUR SPIRIT OF PERFECTION AS WE ARE IN THE MONTH OF PERFECTION.
AS THIS IS MY MONTH OF AND OVERWHELMING INCREASE OVERWHELMING VICTORY I, MY FAMILY ARE STANDING IN A POSOTION OF VICTORY.
MY TESTIMONY WILL BE, I OVER COME THE ENEMY WITH THE BLOOD OF JESUS AND BY THE WORD OF MY TESTIMONY.
