Forgive And Let God Do The Rest
Ephesians 4:32- And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
People like to say, “I can forgive, but I cannot forget.” Have you heard that before? Now, in the first place, nowhere in the Bible does God tell you to forgive and then to forget. It is not in the Bible! The devil is adding something here to make the whole thing burdensome.
God only tells us to forgive because God in Christ has forgiven us a debt we cannot pay. When we do this, we do ourselves a favor because harboring bitterness and unforgiveness can sometimes destroy our health!
So just forgive and let God take care of the rest. When you really forgive, sometimes, He makes you forget. But sometimes, you still remember the incident because it was a major thing in your life. Yet, when you look back at it, the pain is no more there. The sting is gone and you are not bitter.
Joseph had forgiven his brothers before they came and bowed before him. He remembered what they did to him, but he did not remember it with bitterness. (Genesis 50:15–21) So you may remember the incident, but the bitterness is gone because you have put the cross in the picture — “God in Christ forgave me. Daddy, I forgive you. Mama, I forgive you. My cousin, I forgive you.”
When you forgive, forgive by faith, not by your feelings. We walk by faith, not feelings. (2 Corinthians 5:7) Some people are waiting for feelings — “I am waiting, Father, for the right emotion to come on me to forgive that person.” That “right emotion” may never come!
No, forgive by faith, and do it once and for all. Spend time in prayer. Take out your diary and write it down: “Father, I bring this person before you. You know what he did to me. Father, as You forgave me through Jesus’ cross, even though I did not deserve it, by faith, I now forgive this person and I let my anger against him go in Jesus’ name. Amen!”
Once you forgive by faith, you will see the sting of bitterness removed from your heart. You will experience the peace and joy of God filling your mind, and see a greater measure of wholeness in your body!

SINCE I FORGAVE MY DAD, I AM ABLE TO FORGIVE ALL AND ANYONE WHO HURTS ME IN ANY WAY SO FAR.
IT’S NOT EASY TO FORGIVE, BUT ONE MUST BE DETERMINED TO FORGIVE. ASK GOD HE WILL HELP YOU TO FORGIVE. AND WHEN YOU DO. YOU WILL KNOW IT. ALSO WHEN YOU THINK YOU HAVE, AND NOTICED THAT YOU HAVE NOT REALLY FORGIVEN. YOU WILL ALSO KNOW IT.

MY HEART IS HEALED FROM BROKENNESS!
HEALED FROM UNNECESSARY PAIN.
HEALED TO FORGIVE AND FORGIVE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
THEREFORE MY HEART IS CLEAN BEFORE GOD MY LIFE IS JOYFUL IN THE LORD.
I AM ABLE TO LOVE WITHOUT JUDGEMENT.
I AM ABLE TO EVANGELISE WITH A GRATEFUL HEART. I AM ABLE TO LOVE PEOPLE JUST AS THEY ARE AND BRING THEM TO THE LORD AND LET HIM DO THE REST.
THANK YOU JESUS FOR DEMONSTRATING TO ME HOW TO FORGIVE AND HOW TO LIVE A LIFE OF FORGIVENESS AND ENJOY FORGIVING. BECAUSE EVERYONE I FORGIVE MY HEART GETS STRONGER, BETTER AND I AM FREE FROM THE devil’s plan OVER MY LIFE.
I REJOICE IN THE LORD IN PURITY OF A FORGIVING HEART 💓

Awwwww powerful, Almighty God help us O Lord to let go any hurt in our life by friends, colleagues families because you have sent your son to pay the price for our sin by dying on the cross .
I remember Pastor Enoch thought us 3people we need to forgive in life.
1-forgive ourselves
2- forgive God
3- forgive people .
People often struggle with forgiveness when they blame themselves, at least in some small way, for what happened.
Self-compassion and self-forgiveness are important tools to have before trying to forgive someone else. When someone hurts you, you’re probably not in a position to notice any benefits that came out of the situation. In time, you may have more emotional space to recognize what you’ve gained.

After the initial betrayal, you were able to admit the relationship wasn’t really working out. Their infidelity wasn’t the right choice, of course, but it opened your eyes to the problems in the relationship.
Maybe a close friend did something cruel or dropped you without explanation. Despite your pain and anger, you explored why.
Eventually, they explained they were struggling with serious mental health symptoms, and you helped them find support.
Even when you can’t identify a clear benefit, you may simply feel like a better person for embracing compassion and understanding.
Also in my own case I realise the power of God flows through us to those who hurts us specially love ones to us when we forgive . And this is another way of salvation coming to this people. I obedience to God by forgiven then not only make us spiritually strong but is a strength under control. meekness . May the Lord help us all

First unforgiveness is like you drinking poison and expecting some else’s to die.
It’s amazing because when you forgive someone, you are eventually doing yourself good and you’re the beneficiary rather than the forgiven person.
To be honest at times it’s very challenging to let go even after you have forgiven the some one. However, when you forgive out of faith not out of feelings, you allow God to do the rest of the job .

Father, I forgive by faith all those that have hurt me. I bring them before You & the same way You forgive me when I do not deserve it, I forgive them. Forgiveness is probably one of the hardest things to do. But remembering what Jesus did for us on the cross makes it so much easier. Wooow I myself have said this before not realising I was digging myself a deeper hole ! …. It would have been so much better to have forgiven without the attachment of hurt and pain.

This is such a reassuring and peace filling devotional that reminds of why it is important to forgive. After all God only tells us to forgive because God in Christ has forgiven us a debt we cannot pay. Jesus paid it all on the cross so that we don’t have to carry the burden of unforgiveness. So by faith I forgive as we are selves were not deserving of the forgiveness. There is no doubt that God is our healer and restores any area where the pain of unforgiveness was, and replaces it with peace and joy that surpasses all understanding. Keeping Christ in mind and His finished works will enable me to continue rush in my faith through Christ, to forgive and let God.

We lose peace at the sight of anyone who might have offended us and we have not forgiven them. This creates a trigger of anger and loss of stability. In reality, while the person in question is living freely, we put ourselves in uncomfortable situations.
