Give God’s Word Priority And See Good Success
Joshua 1:8- This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
In life, there is good success and bad success. Bad success is the kind of success that robs you of time with your family, friends and church, and destroys your health and relationships. With good success, on the other hand, you see prosperity in every area of your life.
God wants you to enjoy good success and the key to this lies in what God told Joshua when he took over the reins following the death of his leader Moses — “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”
Spending time in God’s Word daily will give you godly wisdom, which will make your way prosperous and give you good success.
Look at how Joshua’s life turned out in the end. When Joshua died, “they buried him within the border of his inheritance at Timnath Serah, which is in the mountains of Ephraim, on the north side of Mount Gaash”. (Joshua 24:30) Joshua had a whole mountain for his inheritance! This means that he was prosperous and successful!
It was also said that Israel served the Lord, not idols or other gods, all the days of Joshua’s life. (Joshua 24:31) This means that while Joshua was around, people were impacted for God’s glory.
And at the end of his life, a fulfilled Joshua had this to say, “But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15) Having your family loving God and serving Him with you is the most important success and greatest prosperity that you can ever have.
Beloved, when God’s Word takes priority in your daily life, not only will your finances be blessed, your ministry and family life will also be blessed!

Father, ignite the passion inside of us for reading and studying Your Word 💗. Help us to desire Your Word more and more each day!! 🔥🔥. We need to meditate more on Your Word Lord. Then our way will be made prosperous and we can Glorify You in high places! Give us the Grace to never depart from your law – that when you lift us, Your word will never be a stranger to us. Good success shall be our portion and we will never serve any other god but You. Our families will serve You and we will forever put Your Word as a priority in Jesus Mighty Name, amen 🙏🏾✝️🔥.
This is such a powerful devotion Sir and is one of the ways that we contract faith! When we know God’s Word and what He says about us, doubt is far away and good success is here to stay! Hallelujah, thank you so much for this devotion Sir 🙏🏾✝️🔥🎆

Joshua 1:8- This Book of the Law SHALL NOT DEPART from your mouth, but you shall MEDITATE in it DAY AND NIGHT, that you may OBSERVE TO DO ACCORDING TO ALL THAT IS WRITTEN IN IT. FOR THEN YOU WILL MAKE YOUR WAY PROSPEROUS, AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE GOOD SUCCESS.
HALLELUJAH IT IS BY HEARING AND DOING THE WORD THAT WE RECEIVE GOOD SUCCESS.
AS WE TAKE TIME OUT FROM OUR WORLDLY DUTIES AND MAKE THE WORD OF GOD PRIORITY IN OUR LIVES FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, SECOND THING IN THE AFTERNOON AND THE LAST THING AT NIGHT.
WHEN GOD IS THE CENTRE OF ALL WE DO HE WILL SHOW UP FOR US AT ALL TIMES REGARDLESS.
MY DEAREST PASTOR YOU HAVE TAUGHT ME SO WELL IN ALL AREAS OF MY WALK WITH GOD. THANK YOU FATHER THE DAY YOU USE ANOTHER MAN OF GOD TO DIVINELY CONNECT ME WITH PASTOR ENOCH AND MAMA JOY AND OUR ANOINTED ALAMU BOYS.
HALLELUJAH I AM HOME AT LAST.
WHERE I AM WALKING IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, FEAR OF GOD AND TREMBLING CONCERNING MY SALVATIONW.
WHEN WE LOOK AT JOHN 4 V 24
NOW GOD IS A SPIRIT AND THOSE WHO WORSHIP 🛐 HIM MUST WORSHIP 🛐 HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.
EVERY MAN WORKETH HIS SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING.
Philippians 2:12–13
12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING, 13 FOR IT IS GOD WHO WORKS IN YOU, BOTH TO WILL AND TO WORK FOR HIS FOOD PLEASURE.

remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.
THE WORKING OUT OF OUR FAITH IN THE FEAR OF GOD, AS IN REVERENCE TO THE WORD OF GOD. HUMILITY WHILE DOING THE WORK OF THE KINGDOM.
BEING FAITHFUL, LOYAL, COMMITTMENT AND IN GLADNESS OF HEART. REGARDLESS OF WHAT TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS WE ARE EXPERIENCING.
OUR EMPLOYER BABA GOD SEES THE INTENTION OF OUR HEARTS. HE IS ALL SEEING, ALL HEARING, ALL KNOWING. HIS FAITHFULNESS ARE NEW EVERY MORNING.
NOT BY MIGHT, NOT BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT. SAYS THE LORD.
AS I LOOK AT THE BOOK OF ZACHARIAH 4 V 14.
IT SPEAKS ABOUT THE TWO OLIVE 🫒 TREES THAT ARE THERE TO SERVE THE LORD IN ALL THE EARTH 🌍. I REMEMBERED DAVID’S WORD. I WOULD RATHER BE A GATE KEEPER IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD. I SO UNDERSTAND THESE SCRIPTURES. AS LONG AS I AM IN HIS PRESENCE AT ALL TIMES. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH HIM.
LEAVE ME AT THE ALTAR WITH MY FATHER.
THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS.
DOES HE REALLY COME FIRST IN ALL OF AREAS OF LIFE?
WE MUST CONTINUE TO WORSHIP GOD REGARDLESS OF WHAT the enemy MANIFESTS.
KEEP OUR HANDS LIFTED IN WORSHIP IN ALL SITUATIONS. PAUL AND SILAS WERE IN PRISON CHAINED UP AND LOCKED UP WITH GUARDS ON DUTY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY COULD NOT ESCAPE.
BUT OUR WAYMAKER MADE A WAY WHERE THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY.

The Word of God bonds us to the mind of our Father. He pours out what He desires for us and more through Christ and The Holy Spirit. This is where we truly receive the grace on how to meditate on The Word day and night. My prayer is that The Word will become like flesh to our skins, which never leaves our lips, becomes our first thought to refer to in life and is pressed onto our hearts. For spending time in God’s Word daily will give me and my household godly wisdom, which will make all my ways prosperous and give me good success. Thank You Lord for giving us Joshua as an example and Christ as The Ultimate example, to keeping Your Word as a priority in our lives. To God be all the Glory.
