If God is for me.
”What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?“
Romans 8:31 KJV
Are you feeling down or depressed? Thinking that life is against you? You’ve prayed, cried, and waited on God, but nothing has changed. You are already thinking that oh, if God loves me, then why are these terrible things happening.
Dear Saint, nothing can stand your way when God is for you. And do you even know the good news? God is always for you. You should always remember that you have an Almighty Father who continually looks after you. The beautiful thing about this fact is that, in believing this reality, your soul finds rest.
Precious one, don’t be discouraged. His word says He spared not his own Son for your sake (Romans 8:32). That situation is nothing before God. You have overcome it already because Jesus won it for you on the cross. You are more than a conqueror. You are on the Lord’s side, and God is for you. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
This reminds me of David and his son, Absalom. Absalom wanted the kingdom and overthrew his Father with the support of one of David’s most trusted advisers, Ahithophel. The battle was going sore for David when he cried out to the Lord to turn the counsel of Ahithophel to foolishness (2 Sam. 15:31). Eventually, David regained the throne.
You may feel surrounded by enemies and storms, but I want you to remember that the Lord is in your boat, and he is on your side. He can’t bear seeing you suffer or go through afflictions. He is an ever-loving father and always creates ways to save his own.
Say to that devil that God is for you. He is for you, so all things are working for you. Halleluyah! Circumstances begin to work in your favour. Policies are aligning for your good. Protocols are broken for your favour. Systems are rearranged to suit you. Because you’re God’s.
No one looks unto Him and is disappointed. No way (Psalm 34:5). Don’t be troubled, for that which He has spoken, His hand will perform it. As you go out today, have that consciousness in your mind that God is for you.

I pity those against me

For the fact that things are not working the way you wanted it does not also mean God is not for you. But it can prove his ever present presence is with you always so remind yourself of his word where he said if you pass through fire or water it will not harm you or sweep you away.
He is solidly behind you, he knows what you are passing through and is capable and will do something about it shortly so don’t give up hope.
For God is for me – protocols are broken to favour me and a systems are rearranged to suit me. Every mountain crumbles before me and every storm is settled for me. I am more than a conquerer, for the Lord remains present surrounding me at all times and everything is working for my good. I experience all round joy, peace, protection and abundance in my Lord God. Glory be to God.
