Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled
John 14:27- Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you…Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
The night before Jesus died, He gave His peace to His disciples — “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you…”This peace was not just for His disciples, but also for us today. We have His peace.
The moment you believe in Jesus Christ, He who is the Prince of Peace comes to live inside you. And when the Prince of Peace resides in you, every blessing that you will ever need pertaining to your soundness and wholeness is already inside you.
“Pastor Enoch, if this is true, then why do I still see problems in my health, finances, family and relationships?”
The answer is a troubled heart. That is why after Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you,” He said, “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
A troubled and fearful heart works like fingers that clamp down hard on a water hose. The supply of water is flowing from the tap, but little or nothing is coming out at the other end of the hose. God’s ever-present supply of blessings toward you is like the water flowing freely from the tap. But you don’t see the blessings when you allow your heart to be gripped by worry or fear.
So when fearful, anxious thoughts come, remind yourself of Jesus’ words: “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Even when things appear to get worse, say, “Lord, I refuse to worry about this. In the midst of all this, I see the finished work of Christ. He said, ‘It is finished!’ So my child’s healing is accomplished. My marriage is blessed. My debts are cleared. I will let not my heart be troubled by these things.”
Beloved, I cannot “let not” for you. Your family and friends cannot “let not” for you. Only you can “let not your heart be troubled”. So guard your heart from being troubled. You don’t have to guard your career, reputation, children or even health. When you guard your heart, God will guard everything else for you!

PRAISE THE NAME OF THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY FOR JESUS.

I THANK MY GOD FOR HIS PEACE THAT IS DEEP WITHIN MY HEART 💓. OTHERWISE I DON’T KNOW WHERE I WOULD BE TODAY.
WHEN, OR IF, I HAD TO CONTINUE THINKING 🤔🙄 ON WHAT I SHOULD DO OR WHERE I NEED TO BE.
I WOULD NOT BE HERE RIGHT NOW DOING
THIS.
BUT I PUT ALL MY TRUST IN GOD ALONE.
HE KEEPS IN ALL AREAS OF Y LIFE.
AT FIRST IT WAS NOT SO EASY, I USE TO WORRY SO MUCH THAT MY TROUBLED HEART THEN, MADE ME VERY ILL. UNTIL I HAD TO STOP IT!!
AS I BEGAN TO GET CLOSER TO GOD AND PUT ALL MY TRUST IN HIM. GETTING TO KNOW HIS WORD CONCERNING MY LIFE AND THE LIVES OF MY CHILDREN.
I BEGIN TO RELEASE ALL MY PROBLEM AND CONCERNS TO GOD AND REALLY BELIEVE THAT HE FIGHTS ALL MY BATTLES. SO I NEED NOT LET MY HEART BE TROUBLED, IF I KNOW THAT THE PRINCE OF PEACE REIGNS IN MY.
EVEN WHEN I SLEEP HIS ANGELS ARE WATCHING OVER MY FAMILY AND MYSELF.
I THANK MY GOD FOR MY KING JESUS WHO REIGNS WITHIN ME AND HE IS MY PEACE AT ALL TIMES. REGARDLESS!!!

So guard your heart from being troubled. You don’t have to guard your career, reputation, children or even health. When you guard your heart, God will guard everything else for you! Thank you Pastor Sir.
I proclaim that the Peace Jesus gave and left with me remains with me and I would not Let not my heart be troubled, neither will I let it be afraid in Jesus name.

I confess that only God’s goodness and mercies are allowed to follow me through out my life in Jesus name.

Amen and Amen our heart is is constantly under attack, the devil wants to destroy us so one of the thing he goes for is the heart and that’s why we need to give our whole heart to Christ. When faced with trouble, we may think that, if only Jesus were here with us, in person, standing beside us so that we could talk face to face, we could get through the trial. Most at times we are tempted to think that we could trust Jesus better if He were visible and in the flesh. As children of God when we begin to have these thoughts, we need to let our hearts be comforted by two key facts: Jesus did everything that needs to be done for us to be welcomed into the Father’s house, so we are children of the King; and the Holy Spirit lives in us to help us, if we will yield ourselves to His leading. When we rest in the salvation that Jesus provided and rely on the Holy Spirit to help us navigate the dangerous world around us, the traumas, the diseases , the abuse etc we can keep from being troubled in our hearts.
We should guard our hearts from being troubled, because Christ has assured us he is there always with us. You don’t have to guard our jobs or even health etc are all protected because he redeemed us. When you guard your heart, God will guard everything else for you.

My work , I will receive more work and will not suffer financially the volunteer job applied ifor Chidren and teenagers with Autism and Learning disabilities god will guide to the place where they will support me, train me and even make a career of it , i wll flourish there so i can them be able to support my son better and be more confident as a parent, my health will be fine. my sons health will be healed my debts are cleared. I will be able to afford my rent and bills and live a reasonable life. All I have to is trust in you, pray and not be stressed as God will never fail me or my son in any areas as he gas sorted it out .

Philippians 4 vs 6-7 says – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”.

The beauty of God is that He has supplied us with tools to keep our hearts on Him so that we don’t have to worry. So thank you Pastor for this encouraging devotional. I will not let fear or the challenges of life to worry me, but utilise declarations, thanksgiving and prayer to guard and direct my heart to God at all times. I will embrace His peace to surpasses all understanding and protects my mind through Christ Jesus. In the midst of all this, I see the finished work of Christ and walk in all that God has destined for me.

Proverb 23:26 my son give me your heart and let your eyes observe my ways. Yes when I stare at the cross of Jesus nothing troubles me.
