Our Help In Time Of Need
Hebrews 4:16- Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
If you are facing a challenge right now, I want you to know that you have a standing invitation from your heavenly Father to come boldly to the throne of grace to “obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need”.
The phrase “help in time of need” means that you get healing when you are sick, provisions when you are in lack, restoration when your relationship with a loved one breaks down, and favor when news of job cuts or bad prospects are rife.
“Pastor Enoch, how can I come boldly when I have been a lousy Christian?”
You can come boldly because you come to God by the blood of Jesus Christ and not by how you have lived your life. So whenever you come into God’s presence, you don’t have to be afraid that your sins will be exposed because the blood of Jesus has removed every one of them. God does not see even one speck of sin in you because He sees only the blood of His Son, which has been shed for your total forgiveness and acceptance.
My friend, when you have failed and need mercy, God’s Word assures you that you will find mercy when you come boldly to God. Mercy means that you don’t get the bad things you deserve, such as condemnation, poverty, failure, loss and even death.
And mercy is not the only thing that you will obtain when you come boldly to God. You will also find grace. Grace means that you get the good things that you don’t deserve, such as health, protection, anointing, favor, good success and life more abundant.
So come boldly to the One who loves you passionately, unconditionally and with an undying love. Come boldly to Him who knows everything about your situation and has the solution. He has wisdom far beyond that doctor you highly respect, that lawyer you greatly honor and the best experts you can consult. Beloved, come boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy and grace to help in your time of need!

My God pastor you really are living in The Spirit.
Just yesterday I was sharing with one of my sister’s about Our Heavenly Father who is our help in time of need.
And that nothing happens before it’s time especially with us His children.
I was encouraging her to just trust in God alone He will never fail, neither does He come late. His time is our turn.
I said that because you always say when it’s your turn but not your time just wait that mean I am next in line for my blessings. And you gave so many examples. It stayed with me as I have been praying for years for my eldest son. I just have to put all my trust in Our Heavenly Father.
AS I COME BOLDLY TO THE THRONE OF GOD ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH AND WAIT FOR BOTH MY TURN AND MY TIME.
IT IS ONLY GOD WHO IS ALL SEEING ALL KNOWING AND CAN BE EVERYWHERE AT THE SAME TIME.
HE HAS NEVER FAILED, HE WILL NEVER FAIL, MOST DEFINITELY HE CAN NEVER FAIL.
HE IS MY PROMISE KEEPER. HE WILL NEVER LEAVE ME NOR FORSAKE ME. I PUT ALL MY TRUST IN HIM REGARDLESS.

This is a beautiful devotion sir, thank you 🙏🏾✝️. The blood of Jesus has paid for all of our sins, so as we come boldly, we come and have access through the blood of Jesus who has paved the way for us to have access to the Father’s throne of Grace. Wow, Jesus really done it all. He is our Father who loves and cares for us and wants us to have boldness when we come to Him as His child ❤️🌼. What a loving God – that no matter what we have done, He is ready to forgive us, heal us, deliver us & protect us. That’s what we call a Father ❤️❤️❤️.

Psalm 46:1 says He is a very present help. In all situations, He is readily available to help.
Isaiah 30:18 describes that no matter what we are going through, God is always waiting for us to come to Him. And when we come, we obtain Grace, He is exalted above our circumstances, we enjoy mercy, He judges everything contrary to His purpose and will for us, we are blessed.

2 Corinthians says since we have ao much hope we are bold. Our hope and trust is in the Lord, our faith is in the Lord so we can boldly go to God and he will never turn us away or cast us down as he is our refuge and help.

This speaks volumes to me because my father know my situation and revealed it to pastor. Even though I did not expect what took place, I can come boldly to the throne of Mercy because I come to God by the blood of Jesus Christ . I received favor , blessings and mercy on that day .

Thank You to The One who loves you passionately, unconditionally and with an undying love to ensure that we experience over the consequences we deserve. Our God who provides a clean slate through the blood of Jesus who died for our sins. Such a loving God who is ready to forgive us and provide the best through Christ our Lord. Thank you faithful God for your mercy and grace, and for remaining open to receive us in every time of need.

What an awesome God we serve. That He does not look at a speck of sin upon us, but only the blood Jesus that now covers us and protects us from disapproval. What manner of man is Jesus? who came down to pay the price so that I may enjoy the new Covenant with God the Father. Lord I am grateful for truly Your mercies sees no end or knows no bounds.
