The King Is Not Angry With You
Proverbs 19:12- The king’s wrath is like the roaring of a lion, but his favor is like dew on the grass.
The Bible tells us that the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8) But have you ever wondered why he acts like a roaring lion?
It has something to do with a lion’s roar. In the Bible, the roaring of a lion speaks of the king’s wrath — “The king’s wrath is like the roaring of a lion”. So when the devil walks about like a roaring lion, he is trying to give you the impression that the King is angry with you. And when you believe that God is angry with you, the devil knows that he has got you.
When you think that God is angry or displeased with you, you will not be confident of His love toward you. Instead, you will expect and fear punishment from Him. And you will want to stay away from Him because you do not wish to incur His wrath any further.
But the truth is that God is not angry with you, even when you fail or blow it, because all your sins have already been judged in the body of His Son at the cross. As the Lamb of God, Jesus became your burnt offering. That is why He said, “I thirst.” (John 19:28)
Those who heard Him say that at Calvary that day thought that His thirst was physical. Actually, His thirst was spiritual because He was being “burnt” by the fire of God’s wrath. He was being judged for our sins. His body exhausted all of God’s wrath until every claim of God’s holiness was satisfied and His wrath appeased!
Now, there is a law called “the law of double jeopardy”, which states that the same crime cannot be tried twice. Today, the fire of God’s wrath will never fall on you as a believer because it has already fallen on His Son at the cross. He judged your sins then, but in the body of His Son.
So right now, you are not under the King’s wrath but His favor. And His favor rains down on you like dew on the grass every morning!

AND THIS ABOVE IS ONE OF the devil’s BIGGEST LIE . THAT MAKES SOME PEOPLE BLAME GOD FOR THE WORKS OF the devil.

IT IS THE SAME GOD WHO LOVES THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON TO US WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS, IN THE HOPE THAT YOU AND I TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY AND RETURN TO HIM.
WE ALL KNOW THAT FROM THE TIME THAT OLD devil WAS CREATED, he WANTS TO BE LIKE GOD. he IS JUST TRYING TO BE LIKE GOD. he ALWAYS FAILS.
THERE IS NOTHING ON EARTH, UNDERS THE HEAVENS NOR THE SEA LIKE THE LOVE OF GOD ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH TOWARDS US.
SO his ROARING LIKE A LION, DOES NOT MAKE him A 🦁 LION.
AS CHILDREN GROWING UP, I REMEMBER KNOWING A FRIEND WHO WAS SO AFRAID OF DOGS, AND I WOULD BARK LIKE A DOG 🐕 AND JUST BECAUSE OF THE FEAR IN HER. SHE WOULD REALLY THINK IT’S A DOG BARKING AT HER UNTIL SHE SAW ME, 🤣🤣😂🤣 AND WE BOTH WOULD LAUGH OUT LOUD. BECAUSE SHE KNOWS ME, I AM NOT A DOG, BUT AT THE TIME OF THE UNKNOWN ADDED WITH FEAR, SHE NEARLY GOT DEFEATED BY HER OWN FEAR 😨.
KNOW YOUR KING 👑
KNOW HIS VOICE
HE IS NOT ANGRY WITH YOU, WE ARE NOT UNDER HIS WRATH, BUT UNDER HIS FAVOUR.
I AM BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVOURED. IN THE UNDEFEATED NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH AMEN.

For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.
Psalm 5V12 says for thou,
Lord, Wilt bless the righteous, with favour Wilt thou compass him as a shield.
Our God love us so much that he send Jesus to die on the cross so he can have a relationship with us and that through relationship we can communicate with him. His love cover us and his favor on us is for a lifetime.

Hallelujah, God is not angry with me. I walk in His favour, love, forgiveness and power 🌻✨. God has already forgiven my sins when His Son Jesus Christ took them on Himself on the cross. This devotional demonstrates the great depth Christ went to for the cleansing of our sins, but the faithfulness of God as He will never enable us to experience the fire of His wrath, but will always choose to see Christ instead of our sins. I am confident in the love God has for me, instead of approaching God in fear or expecting punishment, I run to His feet to repent, seek His forgiveness and seek counsel to do better with my actions moving forward. He comforts us with His Holy Spirit that guides us, and I know we can be reassured that He has forgiven us for our past wrongs. Therefore, I’m not under the King’s wrath but His favour and dimensions of grace. I’m Blessed, Highly Favoured, Victorious and I am Marching Forward in all things with Christ by side/within me. Glory be to God.
